Summer-fun highlights at wealthy Mendo's suptuous beach villa include not one but two episodes of grand bikibi theft, an all-you-can-eat buffet that brings out the gluttony in our friends and reveals the secret of Sakura's shapely figure, and contortionist yoga classes led by doleful monk Cherry.


Unfortunately, like all good things, summer comes to an end, and parting is such sweet sorrow - until our friends last nostalgic party by the shore is crashed by a histrionic sea monster!

 First it's Parents' Day at Tomobiki High. Who will prevail when Lum's exotic mother challenges Mendo's filthy-rich mom to a duel? Then, a field trip for our scholastically inclined (NOT!) friends leads to an unexpected meeting with a pretty but disgruntled female ninja whose comrades are having a little trouble "letting go." Can Ataru stop drooling long enough to save her from their terrible retribution?


Finally, Lum's childhood friend Ran comes to earth to avenge herself for some long forgotten childhood jealousies and slights. What's the best way to get to Lum? Through her "Darling," of course! And Ataru is only too willing to get stuck in the tangled web Ran weaves!
